SHEESE CHEEDAR STYLE JALAPENO AND CHILLI SLICES IS THE LATEST ADDITION TO OUR SHEESE FAMILY. Reddish orange colour with dark green and deep red coloured inclusions of chilli, jalapeno and red peppers, in varying sizes from very small to a few millimetres across. Strong characteristic smell of chilli, peppers and mild cheese aroma. Medium to soft texture, dry, crumbly and then creamy with noticeable pieces of pepper and some chilli seeds. Strong characteristic flavour chilli, peppers and background cheese flavour. The chilli heat is warming in the mouth. Light acidity. Intended Use The product is a ready to eat product. The target consumer is those requiring an alternative to dairy cheese type products due to allergic, dietary or preferential reasons. Its intended use is within all consumer groups including vulnerable groups, e.g. young/infants, the elderly, allergy suffers, immune-suppressed or compromised and pregnant women.
