Our Blue French style Sheese comes in a wedge shaped Block, slightly tangier in its flavour, and the eye appeal of those blue flecks, to create an authentic look, reminiscent of French cheese. It goes so well with fruits like pears & old English apples such as Russets and Granny Smiths, but it will also add a new flavour twist to all your meals and substitute this in any dairy-based recipes calling for Blue cheese. It’s actually fabulous melted in toasties with some slices of tomato, or add to your savoury pie fillings alongside courgettes and mushrooms. This is also a great candidate for your cheeseboards, as it creates lots of interest visually and because of their varied and exciting flavours, along with our Jalapeno Cheddar, Wensleydale with Cranberries, and German Smoked flavours
